YouTube Welcome Video

Eeek I'm a little excited to say the least that I have finally uploaded my first video on my YouTube channel.  (well its the 2nd one but the first was only a tester!)

It took me a while to pluck up the courage to show my face on video to the world ..... but after numerous and hilarious video out takes of me mumbling and stuttering to the camera I eventually got a final video I was confident and happy with.  

It was not easy sitting in my studio talking into the black hole that was my camera lens at the same time as managing to keep a smile on my face and not sound like a robot.  In fact I still think I sound at times a little robotic but all in all its not too bad.  I will definitely improve with practice and relax the more videos I make. I would love to sound Uber confident like some of those american youtubers ...... they are amazing ..... maybe by the time I'm onto my 10th video I will be more like them!

Its not just the taking of the video though there's the editing too!!!!  Gosh I spent nearly a week faffing around with imovie at the same time as teaching myself how to use it!!!  But not being one to give up I have finally mastered it ...... well not mastered it but certainly getting there!

My video is not very long just a short few minutes introducing myself and talking about Loopy Mabel and what inspires me.

I would love it if you could pop over to Youtube and take a look and let me know what you guys think and if you can give me a thumbs up and subscribe that would make my day.   

I am in the process of writing my newly designed patterns into downloadable PDF's which will be available to purchase through my Ravelry Store. I will do a blog post with more pictures of these designs.

Well I think that's all for now ...... I am off to make another video hopefully that doesn't take a week to make LOL.
